The oat texture depends on the product and soaking time. For a smooth bowl, choose thinner rolled oats suitable for this use; do not substitute dry steel-cut oats. Plain yogurt keeps the flavor flexible. Taste the fruit first before adding optional sweeteners. This ingredient list includes milk and oats; check labels for the dietary requirements of your household.

Before you begin
This recipe makes two servings. Set out the measured ingredients and read all the steps before starting. Use the serving selector for a different number of people; timing does not scale automatically. Larger cooked batches may need a second pan or separate batches.
Keep yogurt and assembled bowls refrigerated until serving. The no-cook method does not replace handling instructions on the yogurt or oat package.
