Tuna corn tortilla wraps
Tuna, corn and crisp romaine rolled with a light yogurt dressing.

Thorough draining is the key to a wrap that holds together. Start with the measured yogurt; adding a lot more dressing can make the tortillas soggy. A thin layer of dry lettuce creates a barrier between the tortilla and filling. Keep both ends tucked in when rolling so the corn does not fall out.
